| When the list has been active for at least 6 months ("active" being defined as having enough members to generate a fair degree of interest in the discussions, with at least 4-5 daily digests being sent per week), I will send the summative evaluation instrument via private E-mail messages to all members on the list at that time. This instrument will ask the members to assess the usefulness of the "Lingo-L" list on the whole as well as to suggest ways in which it can be improved further. List members will be asked to return the questionnaire directly to me by E-mail rather than post their responses to the list. |
